Das Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung aus der Notaufnahme des Universit\u00e4tsspital in Basel<\/strong> war es, die Effektivit\u00e4t des qSOFA<\/strong>, die SIRS-Kriterien<\/strong>, den National Early Warning Score (NEWS)<\/strong> und die formale Triage mit dem Emergency Severity Index (ESI)<\/strong> zur Detektion von Sepsispatienten<\/strong> in einer Notaufnahme zu vergleichen.<\/p>\n
