Mittels einer Umfrage der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgina.de\/ag_schockraum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Arbeitsgruppe \u201eSchockraum\u201c der Deutschen Gesellschaft Interdisziplin\u00e4re Notfall- und Akutmedizin<\/strong> <\/a>sollte daher der Ist-Zustand analysiert werden.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Michael M, et al. Zwei Wochen nach initialem Anschreiben erfolgte eine Erinnerung. Empfehlungen zu Ausstattungsmerkmalen f\u00fcr das nichttraumatologische Schockraummanagement m\u00fcssen zuk\u00fcnftig formuliert werden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Relevante strukturelle, organisatorische und ausstattungstechnische Vorhaltungen f\u00fcr die nichttraumatologische Schockraumversorgung werden nach den Ergebnissen der vorliegenden Umfrage bereits heute in Deutschland in Notaufnahmen aller Versorgungsstufen vorgehalten.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Ausweitung der fach- bzw. ober- \u00e4rztlichen Pr\u00e4senz in zentralen Notaufnahmen muss auch im Sp\u00e4t- und Nachtdienst etabliert werden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einheitliche Alarmierungskriterien f\u00fcr die Ausl\u00f6sung eines nichttraumatologischen Schockraums m\u00fcssen entwickelt werden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personelle Vorgaben auch hinsichtlich eines Facharztstandards in der Versorgung sind f\u00fcr das nichttrauma- tologische Schockraummanagement zu etablieren. M\u00f6glicherweise ist die Zusatzbezeichnung \u201eKlinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin\u201c ein zu forderndes Qualifikationskriterium.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcr einzelne Ausstattungsmerkmale (z. B. Videolaryngoskopie, Bronchoskopie, intraoss\u00e4re Punktionssysteme, INR-Messger\u00e4te) scheint noch Anschaffungsbedarf zu bestehen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aus Sicht der Befragten besteht die Notwendigkeit, ein an die Erfordernisse des nichttraumatologischen Schockraummanagements angepasstes Ausbildungskonzept zu entwickeln.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Weitere statistische Erhebungen zu dieser Thematik unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung von weiteren Qualit\u00e4tsindikatoren und Prozesskriterien erscheinen aus Sicht der Versorgungsforschung sinnvoll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Notaufnahmen kommen bundesweit nichttraumatologische kritisch kranke Patienten zur Aufnahme.
