Im Rettungsdienst wurde Hydroxycobalamin appliziert (gegen die Wirkung von <a href=\"http:\/\/toxdocs.de\/2019\/cyanide\/#more-493\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Zyaniden<\/strong><\/a>) und in der BGA fand sich ein CO-Hb Wert von -2%. Wie kann das denn sein? Ein Blick in die sehr gelungene Arbeit von <strong>Eichhorn et al.<\/strong> beantwortet diese Frage:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Eichhorn L, et al.
