Improving identification of pulmonary embolism-related out-of-hospital cardiac arrest to optimize thrombolytic therapy during resuscitation. Critical Care (2019) 23:409 (<a href=\"https:\/\/ccforum.biomedcentral.com\/track\/pdf\/10.1186\/s13054-019-2672-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PDF<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dabei kommen die Kollegen anhand einer Analyse eines franz\u00f6sischen Reanimationsregisters mit den Daten von 10.402 Patienten zu dem Schluss, dass sehr wahrscheinlich eine Lungenembolie zugrundeliegt, wenn folgende zwei Faktoren zusammentreffen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nicht-schockbarer Initialrhythmus plus<\/li>\n<li>thromembolisches Ereignis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hierbei betrug die <strong>Pr\u00e4valenz 22%<\/strong>.
